MORE ABOUT LUAU KALAMAKU
Luau Kalamaku is located on the historic 104-acre Kilohana Plantation. Before luau festivities kick off, guests are encouraged to arrive early and explore the plantation grounds, on-site artisan market, or climb aboard Kilohana Plantation’s 2.5-mile railway line. The celebration begins with a traditional imu unveiling ceremony, followed by a succulent Hawaiian buffet, where locally-loved dishes like poi, kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, and fresh fish make appearances.
Fire and folklore are focal points during this dynamic show. Pyrotechnics, eye-catching costumes, and Pacific cultural dances are knit into the luau’s heartfelt storyline— which chronicles the first Hawaiian people’s migration to the islands.
