MORE ABOUT THE ʻAULIʻI LUAU

ʻAuliʻi Luau is one of Kauai’s most popular luaus— reflected in endless sold-out nights. While the luau lacks some traditional aspects like an imu unveiling ceremony, it makes up for its shortcomings with professionalism, excellent entertainment, and a dreamy beachfront location at the Sheraton Kauai Beach Resort.

Aulii Luau’s authentic celebration is one of Kauai’s finest. The luau’s awe-inspiring performances depict ancient sea voyages, mythological tales, and Kauai’s heart-stopping fire-throwing traditions. Hawaii’s history and culture are knit into the performance, as well as dances and songs from Tahiti, New Zealand, and Samoa. Before settling in for the revue, guests can indulge in a feast fit for royalty. Crafted by chefs at the Sheraton Resort, ʻAuliʻi Luau’s Polynesian buffet boasts island favorites like kalua pork, poke, purple sweet potatoes, chow mein, and Huli Huli chicken.

Transported in time!

The music, chant, dance were all so good. The dancers were graceful and talented, and the music felt like it was created a thousand years ago. It really felt like we were transported to another place and time for a few hours. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend Aulii Luau if you're ever in Kauai!

Felt like royalty

When we arrived, they didn't have enough hosts to bring everyone to their tables, and one of the dancers volunteered to walk us in. Crazy! We felt like royalty. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and it really set the tone for the rest of the evening. We took our seats at our table, and the music was already going. The buffet was amazing! There was such a variety of foods to choose from, and everything tasted delicious. Mahalo!

oceanfront is right

I was so excited to go to the Aulii Luau in Kauai. I had never been to a luau before, and I'd heard this one was the best. The reviews online said it had the best location, and they were right. They say they're the only luau on the ocean in Kauai. We'd spent the majority of the day on the beach infront of it, cleaned up, and headed on in. A great day! It was ton of fun. I'd do it again!

Hula Champ

What a night! The music was beautiful, the food was delicious, and I walked away with the title of Hula Champion. I'll never forget this night as long as he live. Though, not sure anyone noticed me doing hula on the side...
